These terms govern your use of GrowIQ, a product of SEVRA Group Limited (Co. No. 16573490), trading as GrowIQ UK ("GrowIQ", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using GrowIQ you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 13 to use GrowIQ, and under 18s should use it with a parent or guardian. Keep your login details secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
GrowIQ offers a free tier and paid plans (Grower and Pro), billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Paid plans, and any free trial, renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Where a free trial applies, you won't be charged until it ends, and we'll make the trial length and price clear at checkout.
You can cancel any time from the subscription screen or billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period already paid for. As a UK consumer you also have statutory cancellation and refund rights, which these terms do not affect.
GrowIQ may offer rewards (such as free upgrade time) for reaching genuine growing milestones. Rewards have no cash value, are personal to you, and may not be sold or transferred. We may verify milestones against your real data and withhold or reverse rewards obtained through inaccurate or manipulated data.
You agree not to misuse GrowIQ — including attempting to bypass usage limits or security, submitting false data to obtain rewards, reverse-engineering or copying the app, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or using the service to harm others. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
You keep ownership of the content you add (plants, photos, notes and so on). You grant us a licence to store, process and display it for the purpose of providing the service to you (including sending relevant content to our AI provider to generate responses). You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to upload it.
The GrowIQ application, website, software, design, text, graphics and branding are owned by SEVRA Group Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property laws. "GrowIQ", "GrowSense", "Tend" and the GrowIQ logo are trademarks of SEVRA Group Limited.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of GrowIQ, or use our name, logo or trademarks, without our prior written permission. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use GrowIQ for its intended purpose, subject to these terms.
We work hard to keep GrowIQ available and improving, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may update these terms — we'll post the new date and, for significant changes, notify you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowIQ is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for loss of crops, plants, harvests, profits or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content or AI outputs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
You can stop using GrowIQ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms. On termination, the licences you grant and receive end, save for provisions that by their nature survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your place of residence.
